We are looking for an SMM & Community Manager to take ownership of community growth and scale our Discord server.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the Discord community
Create and execute content and events: announcements, interactive formats, recurring rubrics
Plan and launch an event calendar
Analyze the performance of activities and generate ideas to increase engagement
Recruit and provide basic management of moderators for the server
Track trends in iGaming / Gambling and quickly adapt content to them
Collaborate with marketing, community managers, and designers to execute the community strategy
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in SMM and/or community management
Strong hands-on experience with Discord
Deep understanding of how to build a truly engaged community, not just grow follower numbers
Strong sense of visual style and content that genuinely engages the audience
Experience organizing events and user activities
English - Upper-Intermediate or higher (written communication)
