As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Recruiter to hire top talent for our iGaming / Gambling products.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes
• Collaborate with managers to understand positions and recruiting needs
• Design job descriptions and vacancies publication
• Source and recruit candidates by using different sources and job sites
• Review applicants, and manage the first screening interview
• Manage the scheduling of all interviews between candidates and managers
• Maintain a candidate database in ATS PeopleForce
• Provide constant feedback to candidates
• Build successful candidate relationships during the recruiting process
• Provided reporting and regular status updates
Requirements:
1 year of experience in recruitment (product companies / IT / iGaming)
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
Experience working with ATS systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with different candidate profiles
Responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong motivation to learn and grow professionally
