We are looking for a QA Lead to join a product team. The ideal candidate is eager to influence product quality, build QA processes from scratch, form and lead a strong team, and work in a dynamic web product environment with a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities:


  • Build and develop QA processes from scratch and optimize existing ones

  • Form and lead a QA team: hiring, mentoring team members, and evaluating performance

  • Develop the product testing strategy (functional, regression, load, and automated testing)

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and support teams to ensure product quality

  • Work with a web product stack and analytical components

  • Implement and scale automated testing in collaboration with automation specialists

  • Oversee release quality, test new features, and manage bug tracking

  • Analyze and optimize bug reports, manage risks, and prepare reporting

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year in a lead role

  • Strong understanding of different testing types and the software development lifecycle

  • Experience building QA processes from scratch

  • Understanding of test automation principles (experience working with automation engineers is a plus)

  • Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, Qase, etc.)

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, Postman, Playwright/Cypress

  • Understanding of HTTP stack, WebSocket, PWA, and different caching layers

  • Experience with UX analytics tools such as Clarity / Hotjar / Crazy Egg, Grafana

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to have:


  • Experience with load testing (k6) and Burp Suite

  • Experience working in startup or product team environments

  • Experience in iGaming or high-load products is a strong plus

  • Experience setting up load testing frameworks
