Firetics is looking for a Project / Delivery Manager who will help the development team work faster, more structured, and without chaos.
This is not a classic manager “for reports” — we’re looking for someone who removes operational load from team leads, keeps processes organized, and clearly understands what’s happening in the team every day.
Responsibilities:
Plan sprints and track task statuses, deadlines, and progress in Jira.
Gather and clarify requirements from task owners (Product Managers, Team Leads) to properly create and describe tasks for developers.
Run daily stand-ups and prepare short updates for team leads.
Monitor priorities and ensure the team follows the established workflow.
Track team workload, blockers, and overall efficiency.
Ensure effective communication: be the first point of contact for developers, respond to basic requests, and act as a buffer between product and the development team.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Project / Delivery / Scrum Manager in IT or iGaming.
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
Confident use of Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
Experience running sprints, planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Understanding of software development processes and technical aspects.
Strong self-organization and time management skills.
Ability to quickly understand new processes and products.
