We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer for a product in the gaming skins niche — someone who understands what drives every click and user action.
Responsibilities:
Design and prototype UI/UX for the website and in-game mechanics
Analyze existing UX, identify pain points, and suggest improvements for the user experience
Create concepts and interactive prototypes, refine designs to final versions
Maintain and update guidelines and the UI kit in Figma (clear structure, states, comments)
Collaborate with developers, considering technical constraints
Work closely with promo and motion designers
Analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
Conduct A/B tests and evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions
Test the product post-release and prepare adjustments for the development team
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
Experience in gaming projects
Understanding of Counter-Strike 2 mechanics
Advanced Figma skills (autolayout, components, styles, variants)
Knowledge of usability principles and player behavior
Ability to present and justify design decisions
Attention to detail, strong design hygiene, and structured workflow
Creativity, responsibility, and proactivity
