We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join a product-focused iGaming holding company!
This role offers the opportunity to build and shape the marketing function from the ground up, with a clear growth path to Head of Marketing based on strong business performance during the first year.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies across multiple international markets.

  • Define product positioning and adapt marketing messaging to local markets, audiences, and geo-specific nuances.

  • Identify and launch new growth opportunities through acquisition, affiliate, influencer, and other marketing channels.

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and key business metrics to drive growth.

  • Plan and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to improve conversion rates across the entire customer journey.

  • Manage and optimize promotional activities, including tournaments, bonus campaigns, gamification mechanics, and LiveOps initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, CRM, Design, and Marketing teams to achieve business goals.

  • Monitor competitors, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities across different geographies.

  • Own player acquisition performance, marketing efficiency, and product growth within assigned markets.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of marketing experience in iGaming (Casino / Sportsbook / Betting).

  • Hands-on experience working with LATAM markets in iGaming.

  • Experience managing multi-geo products and international markets.

  • Strong understanding of player acquisition strategies and player behavior within iGaming.

  • Experience analyzing and optimizing marketing funnels based on key business metrics.

  • Proven track record of running and evaluating A/B tests and growth experiments.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional product, analytics, and marketing teams.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
