Brazil (Remote)
We are looking for a specialist from Brazil to help test, adapt, and improve an online casino for the local market. You will test the product, check local payment methods, analyze competitors, and provide recommendations on how to make the platform as user-friendly as possible for Brazilian players.
Responsibilities:
Weekly testing of registration and all key features
Conducting test deposits and withdrawals via popular Brazilian payment systems (e.g., Pix)
Analyzing competitors’ products, including white-label platforms targeting Brazil
Evaluating the usability and clarity of VIP programs, tournaments, bonuses, and promotions
Comparing the product with local alternatives
Providing recommendations on how to attract players and which content/promotions would be most appealing to them.
Requirements:
Residence in Brazil
Knowledge of Brazilian payment tools and user habits
Experience in Manual QA or testing (preferred)
Portuguese (required), English (preferred)
Attention to detail, ability to clearly and structurally present feedback
Work Format:
Remote
Constant communication via messengers (Slack/Telegram)
Participation in regular research sessions with the team
