We are looking for a Game Manager who will develop the casino lobby and improve the overall gaming experience for users.
Responsibilities:
Work daily with the casino lobby: ensure the storefront is up to date, add new releases, and remove underperforming games
Work with platform admin panels, provider back offices, and aggregator systems
Control correct game configurations, betting limits, bonus mechanics, and promotional setups
Communicate with providers, aggregators, and account managers regarding launches, promotions, exclusives, and technical issues
Support integration of new games, providers, and promotional tools
Maintain high-quality lobby content: game availability, correct naming, categories, banners, and positioning
Adapt the game lobby for different markets and player preferences
Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Tech teams
Monitor market trends, provider releases, and competitor activity, and propose improvements for the casino section
What we value:
1+ year of experience in iGaming/casino roles such as Casino Manager, Game Manager, Live Ops Manager, or similar
Strong understanding of casino products: slots, live casino, instant games, game shows, tournaments, jackpots
Understanding of which content performs best across different GEOs and how to adapt the lobby accordingly
English level B1+ for communication with providers and partners
Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to solve operational tasks quickly
Nice to have:
Experience launching promotions, tournaments, or other casino activities
Experience working with platform admin panels and understanding casino lobby structure
Experience working with game providers, aggregators, and their back-office tools
Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 providers
Experience launching exclusives, tournaments, or local promotional campaigns
Understanding of commercial cooperation terms with providers
Willingness to attend international conferences and partner meetings
