We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the team of an international iGaming product!
If you enjoy helping people, pay attention to detail, and get satisfaction from solving problems — this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Handle written communication with clients and respond promptly to their requests
Collaborate with the product team to effectively resolve user inquiries
Work with the website’s admin panel functionality, update and verify data
Process user payments, track and monitor their status
Manage large amounts of information, including regularly reviewing messages in internal work chats and channels
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience
Strong customer focus and willingness to help users
English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of new information
