We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the team of an international iGaming product!
If you enjoy helping people, pay attention to detail, and get satisfaction from solving problems — this role is for you.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle written communication with clients and respond promptly to their requests

  • Collaborate with the product team to effectively resolve user inquiries

  • Work with the website’s admin panel functionality, update and verify data

  • Process user payments, track and monitor their status

  • Manage large amounts of information, including regularly reviewing messages in internal work chats and channels

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of experience

  • Strong customer focus and willingness to help users

  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher

  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally

  • Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of new information
