We are looking for a Customer Support to join the team of an international iGaming product! If you enjoy helping people, pay attention to details, and get satisfaction from solving problems - this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Handle written communication with customers and respond promptly to their requests
Collaborate with the product team to resolve user inquiries efficiently
Work with the website admin panel, update and verify data
Process user payments, search for transactions, and monitor their status
Handle large volumes of information, including regular review of internal chats and channels
Requirements:
1+ year of relevant work experience
Strong customer-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help users
English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of new information
