We are looking for a CRM/Retention Specialist who wants to build a career in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and launching communications across various channels: email, SMS, push notifications
Setting up, optimizing, and maintaining automated user engagement flows
Basic campaign performance analysis using key metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion rate, etc.)
HTML email layout using an editor, ensuring responsiveness across different devices
Audience segmentation for more accurate content personalization
Requirements:
3+ months of experience as an Email Marketing Manager or CRM Manager
Experience with Customer.io (or similar ESPs)
Intermediate level of English
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with drag-and-drop email editors
Basic copywriting and design knowledge sufficient for writing briefs
Ability to learn quickly and strong attention to detail
Desire to grow and develop professionally
Ability and willingness to work in a team
If you haven't worked with SMS or push notifications yet, haven’t created email templates, or lack experience with Customer.io — that’s not a problem! We’ll teach you everything as long as you’re motivated.
Nice to have:
Experience in the iGaming industry
Experience in related fields: gaming, betting, gamified products
Experience working with Latin American markets (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru)
Experience working with India and Bangladesh markets
