We are looking for a CRM / Retention Specialist with experience in Sports / Betting
Responsibilities:
Prepare and launch communications across multiple channels: email, SMS, push notifications
Work with sports-focused campaigns and recurring content rubrics
Work with segmentation, triggers, campaigns, and A/B testing
Perform basic analysis of campaign performance using key metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion rate, etc.)
Build HTML emails using editors with full responsiveness across devices
Segment audiences for more accurate content personalization
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in CRM / Retention
Hands-on experience with sports CRM campaigns
Experience with Customer.io or similar platforms
Intermediate level of English
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with drag-and-drop editors
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
If you haven’t worked with certain channels or Customer.io yet — we’ll teach you. Motivation and interest in the sports direction are what matter most.
Nice to have:
Experience building sports CRM funnels
Experience as a Sports Manager or Sports Content Manager
Background in iGaming / Betting
Experience working with international markets (Tier 1, LatAm)
