We are looking for a Junior CRM/Retention Specialist who wants to build a career in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and launching communications through various channels: email, SMS, push notifications
Setting up, optimizing, and maintaining automated user interaction flows
Basic campaign performance analysis using key metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion rate, etc.)
HTML email layout in an editor with responsive design for different devices
Audience segmentation for more accurate content personalization
Requirements:
3+ months of experience as an Email Marketing Manager or CRM Manager
Experience working with Customer.io (or other similar ESPs)
Intermediate English
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to create layouts in drag-and-drop editors
Understanding of basic copywriting and design sufficient to set tasks for specialists
Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability and desire to work in a team
If you haven’t worked with SMS or push notifications yet, haven’t done email layout, or haven’t used Customer.io — no problem! We will teach you everything, the most important thing is your motivation.
Nice to have:
Experience in the iGaming field
Experience in related industries: gaming, betting, gamified products
Experience working with Latin American markets (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru)
Experience working with the Indian and Bangladeshi markets
