We’re looking for a Lead of CRM / Retention who will drive player retention by combining strategy, analytics, and strong CRM practices.

Responsibilities:


  • Set up and launch multichannel CRM campaigns: email, SMS, web push, in-house communications (notification center, banners)

  • Implement and optimize automated marketing workflows in Customer.io or similar platforms

  • Work with segmentation, triggers, campaigns, and A/B testing

  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics: retention, churn, LTV, ROI

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams, as well as customer support

  • Manage a small team (1–3 people): mentor specialists and stay hands-on

  • Prepare CRM communication content in English

  • Ensure compliance with offshore license requirements (promotions, self-exclusion, and other regulatory options)

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in a lead role

  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io, OneSignal, or similar CRM platforms

  • Proven experience building and analyzing CRM performance analytics

  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI dashboards or SQL

  • Ability to work with API requests

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written, including copywriting)

  • Understanding of offshore markets and regulatory constraints

  • Experience working with Latin America and Tier-1 markets

Nice to have:


  • Experience adapting CRM strategies for different regions (Europe, Asia, Tier-3 markets)

  • Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of CRM API integrations

  • Deeper understanding of iGaming product specifics for more effective segmentation

  • Initiative and creativity: readiness to launch pilots and propose new formats (gamification, missions, AI-driven solutions)
