We are looking for CRM/Retention Strategist to develop a comprehensive CRM strategy for our product, lifecycle communications, segmentation, systematic user retention, and revenue growth.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just launch campaigns, but knows how to build a retention-driven approach that directly impacts LTV, engagement, and product monetization.
Key responsibilities:
Build and develop CRM/Retention strategy from scratch
Design lifecycle communications: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, VIP flows
Build CRM processes, segmentation, and automated scenarios for different GEOs and user types
Launch and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, web)
Develop retention mechanics aimed at improving user retention and increasing revenue
Analyze CRM performance using key metrics such as retention, churn rate, LTV, ROI, etc.
Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests
Work closely with product, analytics, marketing, and support teams
Participate in selection and development of CRM tools and processes
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention / Lifecycle Marketing
Understanding of iGaming / betting products specifics
Experience working with LATAM GEO
Experience building CRM strategy or retention function from scratch
Strong understanding of how CRM impacts monetization and LTV
Hands-on experience with segmentation, trigger logic, and automation
Experience with Customer.io, OneSignal, or similar platforms
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
Confident in Excel / Google Sheets; BI or SQL is a plus
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
Experience scaling CRM functions within a product
Leadership or mentoring experience
Understanding of API / CRM system integrations
Experience with loyalty/gamification mechanics or AI-driven CRM solutions
