We’re looking for an Assistant to join our CRM team — someone eager to build a career in Retention marketing!

Responsibilities:

• Bonuses: Create and configure bonus offers (thresholds, wager, limits, dates), test them to ensure correct operation and crediting.

• Localizations: Prepare texts in relevant languages, send them for localization setup, and verify accuracy.

• Design tasks: Create tasks for designers according to the content plan (formats, texts, deadlines) and track progress.

• Campaign setup: Assemble email/SMS/web push campaigns using ready-made templates and segments, add UTMs, set timing, and check all settings.

• Data collection: Gather analytics and maintain Excel reports.

• Creatives: Collect materials from the design team and adapt them for the required languages.

• Website content: Upload prepared materials to the website and ensure they display correctly.

• Quality checks: Review all tasks using a checklist before launch (links, languages/locales, time zones, segments, bonus settings).

Requirements:

• Ability to handle routine, detail-oriented work and strictly follow checklists and deadlines

• Responsibility, attention to detail, discipline, and good communication skills

• Team player mindset

• Experience in the iGaming industry (can be from another position, e.g. Support)

• English — Intermediate+

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of basic iGaming terms: free spins, wager, segments, UTMs, time zones

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• If you haven’t yet worked with SMS/push or built email templates — no worries! We’ll provide guides and training.
