Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data

• Prepare analytical reports and dashboards

• Systematize data for visualizing key metrics, identify trends, and provide analytical insights

• Analyze the market, competitive landscape, and internal business processes

• Collaborate with different departments to gather data and complete tasks

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose effective solutions for potential improvement

• Provide reporting, including analysis of completed tasks, KPI results, and identification of problem areas

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT field

• Proficient user of Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience with SQL, ability to write queries to retrieve data from databases

• Experience with web analytics and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI)

• Experience in maintaining technical documentation

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large volumes of data

• Openness in communication and ability to collaborate effectively with the team

• Ability to take constructive feedback

• Quick adaptation to processes and ability to respond promptly to changes
