Responsibilities:
Collect, process, and analyze data
Prepare analytical reports and dashboards
Organize data for visualizing key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Analyze the market, competitive environment, and internal business processes
Collaborate with different departments to gather data and complete tasks
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose effective ways to improve them
Provide reporting, including task analysis, KPI results, and identification of problem areas
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an analyst in IT / 1+ year in iGaming
Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with SQL and ability to write queries to extract data from databases
Experience with web analytics and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI)
Experience maintaining technical documentation
Analytical mindset and ability to work with large volumes of data
Open communication style and ability to collaborate effectively with the team
Ability to accept constructive feedback
Quick adaptation to processes and ability to respond promptly to changes
